ABOUT Integrity Wall
Founded in 2021 by Luis Vazquez, Integrity Wall Panel Inc is Chicago’s only minority-owned, union-affiliated prefabrication shop specializing in versatile, high-performance Cold-Formed Metal and Wood panels. By modernizing traditional manufacturing with CNC automation and advanced prefabrication technologies, Integrity Wall has positioned itself as a leader in efficient, high-quality panel solutions.
Our facilities are strategically located to serve the region: the Roseland, Chicago warehouse produces steel panels for commercial and mid-rise buildings up to 11 stories, while our Orland Park wood facility (soon relocating to a new 38,000-square-foot Tinley Park location) produces panels for residential construction, pre-sold affordable housing kits, and multifamily framing. Our wood division already scales over 60 homes annually, with plans to triple output at the new facility.
